Does the deposit count toward the total service price?
Yes, the deposit you pay upon booking is fully applied as a credit toward the final total cost of your pet’s grooming service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards for your convenience.
How long does a typical grooming session take?
Sessions typically range from 30 to 90 minutes. The exact duration depends on several factors, including your pet’s breed, coat condition, behavior/temperament, and overall health. We prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety over speed.
What does the 'Special Handling' fee cover?
A Special Handling fee is applied to ensure the safest and most positive experience for pets that require extra attention or time. This includes pets who:

- Show signs of anxiety or aggression.
- Cannot stand on their own for more than 10 minutes.
- Have a known history of significant health concerns.
- This charge guarantees we dedicate the necessary extra time and resources to their specific needs.
Do you need to use my home's water or electricity?
Not at all! Our mobile grooming vans are fully self-contained. They are equipped with their own fresh water (typically 50-gallon capacity) and power, allowing us to groom your pet anywhere.
Can I leave a tip/gratuity for my groomer?
Absolutely! Our groomers greatly appreciate your generosity. You can conveniently add a gratuity when paying with a credit card. Tips are also welcome in cash or via Venmo if preferred by your groomer.
Do you groom cats?
